CANCELLATION POLICY :
In order to maintain the highest quality experience for all of our clients, we enforce a 50% service charge for all appointments canceled less than 24 hours in advance. We kindly ask that you cancel your appointment online or by phone more than 24 hours in advance to avoid the cancellation fee. Upon booking all clients must agree to abide by The Label's cancellation policy, we appreciate your compliance and hope to continue providing you with the best service experience possible.
LATE POLICY :
Any appointments that result in guests arriving 15+ minutes late are subject to cancellation. We understand delays happen and just ask our guests to contact the salon and we will do our best to accomodate.
SALON POLICIES :
The Label is guest experience centered above anything else. We know your aesthetic is an investment and we strive to create luxurious level services and memorable experiences, in order to deliver we ask that our guests note the following
- We do not offer refunds, if you are unsatisfied with your hair. We gladly offer adjustments within a ten day period from your initial service. For the safety and integrity of your hair, if another stylist or salon has touched your hair between this time frame we can no longer offer warranty on our services. All adjustments will be complimentary however these do not include adding services or changing your mind about your initial color or extension services.
- Box dye is not compatable with professional products, our stylists pride themselves in professionalism and transparancy, we will be very clear if we do not think your goals are realistic.
- Your smoothing treatments, color and extensions lifetime are hugely based on life style and at home care after your hair appointment. We cannot guarantee these services if proper aftercare is not administered and salon recommended products are not purchased.
